With more than 20 years of experience as a college counselor, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge about the college process. She has worked at Phillips Academy, Andover as the senior associate director of college counseling and served as the director of college counseling at both Princeton Day School and St. Mark's School. She has lived for more than ten years in a dorm and has coached lacrosse for the last 20 years, at both the collegiate and high school level. At her previous schools, Megan served on the senior administrative team; strategic planning residential life, and discipline committees, and academic councils.
In addition to her work in private schools, Megan is co-director of the Blackberry River Retreat Conference, an organization that helps to train and mentor college counselors. She is also a Massachusetts board member of the ACT. In the fall of 2016 Megan became a member of the Board of Trustees at the Orkeeswa School in Monduli, Tanzania where she has led summer trips for Groton students in the summers.
